Pros

As it was my first job after graduation, I was super lucky to land this one with FERCHAU! They have been supportive all the way through every problem or question I had. Their website is very useful as well as you don't need to go through HR for every question you might have! Got nothing but respect for them.

Cons

A lot of documents provided are in German language only, they are not shared or made in English language and this is an issue sometimes when you don't understand something.
