FERCHAU Response
4yDear former employee,
thank you for your evaluation. It is a pity that your opinion about the common cooperation with FERCHAU is negative. We would like to take the opportunity to respond to your comments:
First of all, we clearly dissociate ourselves from your statement about having "forced employees to resign".
The past year was characterised by decisions made at short notice, both in our professional and private lives.
As a company, we were also dependent on short-term adjustments and project decisions made by our customers.
Our goal was and still is a long-term cooperation with our employees. We can also assure you that we do not terminate any of our colleagues lightly, but fully exploit all possibilities beforehand, such as short time. The fates of the colleagues affected greatly concern us, but unfortunately the economic situation often leaves us no other option.
Our employees' salaries are based on the BAP collective agreement. This, with the associated classification criteria, is publicly available to everyone. Depending on the type of contract and the industry you are working in, you can benefit from industry surcharges in addition to your monthly salary. The salary will be mutually agreed on at the beginning of your employment at FERCHAU.
At FERCHAU, further training measures are always arranged in consultation with your supervisor. In addition to the group seminars we offer, individual training is geared to the respective project assignment. This means that you, as an employee, can put your learnings directly into practice and derive concrete benefits from it.
Even after you have left, take advantage of the opportunity and engage in a direct dialog with Mr. Rupp, Branch Manager Stuttgart-City. If you do not wish a direct contact, you are also welcome to contact us confidentially at any time via feedback@ferchau.com.
We wish you all the best for your future career.
Best regards,
Your FERCHAU-Team
