Pros
It is a large company participationg at many different indisutries whcih is quite interesting. Each customer presents different business challenges.
Cons
Management form Spain is lousy, they ar "only borned is Spain" exexutives, have mysterious, to saly te least, business practices. Bottom line they dont care about employees, general speacking, and whenever ther is an opportunnity to imporve employees conditions, Spain simply cancels tha proposal. Good job ifyou dont have an option, but wont be proued to show it in your resume.
