Pros

Nice organizational structure, lots of training opportunities, good benefits, knowledge sharing, well proven work processes, keeping you ahead of technological trends

Cons

The job nature will be quite intense if you are working for the support team. Might have to face lots of challenges from customer which you need to take care of individually and may need to escalate to higher level support organizations which sometimes is very difficult to co-ordinate. Generally, you solely will be the owner of a problem, so be ready to deal with all aspects of it.

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
