Cons
It seems that it is really a wonder that the company still exists, at least in Spain: procedures do not exist or do not work, software or applications without which it is not possible to work do not function most of the time that paralyses the whole work process... The worst part is a very lame management that is trying its best to avoid any kind of responsibility: when you ask some transparent question like if it is your responsibility or not, usually the response that you get from your Manager is "Sorry, I do not have time". This is a vicious circle and results in that other employees though being nice, abuse and put their responsibilities on you, just because you are without any management support and other employees do the same with them. Apart from that their is no balance between work and personal life. You are treated like a robot who is only supposed to bring results to the company. And if you are sick or have some family issues, you are not needed any more.
