Pros

- international company - not bad if you are in management

Cons

- Salary below average for majority of regular employees, management is overpaid - Discrimination towards employees, yearly >10% lay-offs in RNAM to bust profit (bonus for management). New employees are imported from low cost countries and positions are moved to Plano, USA. - Very hard to change group and to advance if you are not part of the “club” - Unethical and incompetent management - Employees are forced to work long hours, to travel during weekends and to work for weeks on the customer’s sites without any compensation – customer is charged for all work. Per Diem is minimal and after 4 weeks cut down for additional 30%. - HR is non-existing as organization and they are one of the leaders in changes to implement pyramid (low cost employees on the bottom and reach management on the top). This strategy was presented several times to all employees. .. list can go on (I worked for over 10 years for this company) and this review is for the region North America organization and their management

Pros

The company culture is great. Super flexible, remote work culture and tons of different areas or career paths to pivot into. International company with offices in 180 different countries. Loads of diversity.

Cons

Many teams can be international, so timezones will conflict a lot and make it much harder to work with people who are overseas as they are logging off as you are getting on. This also causes communication issues as sometimes there can be language barriers.

Pros

Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

Cons

Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
