Pros
When you are there they have decent benefits. (Or used to) Decent work life balance - at least in the groups I was in. Being South Asian is a big plus to working there. The new CEO seems to be turning things around, but E will never be the 800 lb gorilla again.
Cons
From the time I started in 2012 - it was a continual stream of downsizing in North America. Loss loss loss. Ericsson lost it's market leadership due to hubris and bad decisions. The morale was extremely low when I left. Stay a year or two then start looking for another job before they cut you. Don't get complacent.
