If you are sweds and and friends of sweds You will be in the top! So time to change ! Here is more gender parity than equality, incompetent managers were put on driving the business in difficult days!
Cons
So many layers, so many VPs, so many directors. There is “Ericsson way of working” which is responsible for the poor performance. They rotate the same leaders every 2 years even you have failed in delivering commitments. Innovation and new ideas are not promoted at all!
