      Great medical benifits and ability to work globally inside the company

      Cons

      Does not use Silcon Valley work tools such as Agile / Oracle. You must use propriatary Ericssson tools controlled in Sweden. Tools are very slow in USA but your still expected to produce at Silicon Valley pace. Ericsson management can be very arrogant there way is the only way and other opinions are looked down on.

      Pros

      Get work with an excellent team on interesting problems related to network API's, and communication APIs.

      Cons

      Some of the products could be better. Internal tooling changes a lot. Sales team don't get enough support from Marketing.
