Parent company has very good reputation and share in market. Descent to very good salary offered initially.
Cons
New company mainly focused on Managed services ..... often confused with parent company which deals with core telecom products(R&D). Bad process management. Large number of employees on bench. Bad Infrastructure. 1 year Service Agreements for all trainings and certifications.
