Pros
Ericsson has an un-relenting focus on customers which ensures strong market share. Ericsson is an ethical, well balanced, and generally very positive workplace culture with pervasive company values which you can see worldwide. Ericsson, despite its' considerable maturity in the field continues to be commercially and technically innovative.
Cons
Like many large companies, internal power politics can sometimes end up standing in the way of implementing a true performance culture. Ericsson swings ambivalently between local customer oriented management control and centralized product oriented management control which misses out sometimes on the advantages of a more globally distributed and aligned operating model.
