Pros
Inertia means you can keep your job whilst doing comparatively little. If coasting is your thing, this is the company for you!
Cons
Mediocrity, especially in management means poor decision making (or none at all) which is leading to the slow decline of the business, especially in the current environment and with current competition. Staff development is poor leading to a business populated by "lifers" who are of little use in any other business (previous CEO's move to BP is a great example).
