- Everything is decided in Sweden, even when they know little/nothing about the technology - keep sending expats in to run things, who know nothing about Silicon Valley, or how to operate in SV. They act like like everything that is done is Sweden should work just fine elsewhere. - Absolutely no follow-through on strategy - it changes every 6-9 months
