      Nothing really, It seems they try to be a good employer but somehow failed to do it outside of Italy.

      Cons

      If you want career progression, clear direction and communication from your employer, This wouldn't be your first choice. If you want something stable and stay in the same job for the next 10 years and also willing to learn Italian, this might be the right place.

      The company made you feel like one of the employees, even if you were a contract worker. Made your work more rewarding.
