      Pros

      Some people get to travel. The 9 day flex work is a perk too when you get to take it.

      Cons

      Bullying and favouritism are next level. HR has been made aware but is unwilling or lacks the skills to take action. HR should lead the way in demonstrating what is acceptable behaviour. Ignoring the bullying and losing good people isn’t the solution to the inherent problems. A basket case.

      The company made you feel like one of the employees, even if you were a contract worker. Made your work more rewarding.
