      Pros

      Once you're there you're unlikely to lose your job. You're far less likely to be very busy than at other companies. Work/life balance OK

      Cons

      Typical corporate structure. Lowest salary I ever came across in the industry and unwillingness to improve on that. Rotation is unreal. Convoluted/inefficient procedures for things like expenses claims. All the interesting stuff happens in Milan, away from view

      The company made you feel like one of the employees, even if you were a contract worker. Made your work more rewarding.
