The company management s run by white make Italian clones from the ENI Milan office. One clone goes and gets replaced by teh same clone. No diversity at all. career is define by who know who and who hasn't stabbed who in the back. They are all frightened of each other and ruining their career no decisions are ever made that make sense. Its the most crazy company to work for. NO transparency, Italian staff can come and go whatever hours they please but non Italians are hammered for not working hard enough (despite putting in 12 hour days to cover over the cracks that appear). As for my boss, he was mr non stick. Bullying, linked to fraud, lazy, abusive etc etc yet what ever compliant you made you were made out to be the trouble maker. As for whistle-blowing all they did was send the files to the person you complained about.
