Really a shame for the biggest company in Italy - IT Specialist Eni Spa Employee Review

Unfortunately I must say this company has a lot of problems. Employee are considered as numbers, low salary comparing with peers and competitors, no career opportunities, it is very difficult to grow as professional and develop new skills. The projects are boring and bold and there are no challenging activities. But probably the biggest problems are: - the top management: Completely unprepared and many managers reached their position thanks to powerful friends - Human Resources are inefficient and probably one of the worst group I ever seen.
