      Flexible hours, low stress , interesting work. Good investment in infrastructure, nice people. Good job security. Good location, opportunities to travel.

      Cons

      Lower than average pay. Potentially limited prospects for improvement. The very top jobs are dominated by Italian lifers. Sometimes too bureaucratic.
