      Pros

      Eni's a great company to work with if you like Italian culture, work ethic. It's much harder for someone who cant adapt. For EIRL employees (Eni International Resources) the money is fantastic.

      Cons

      The bureaucracy, nepotism and sheer strength of HR are often disheartening. Bosses are good and bad, but HR seems to universally be out to screw you.

      The company made you feel like one of the employees, even if you were a contract worker. Made your work more rewarding.

      Cons

      The higher management had a language barrier.
