Pros

Some of the employees lower down are decent people.

Cons

Awful experience working at Ebury. Besides the job being boring and monotonous, they genuinely could not care about their employees any less. Absolutely no guidance after the first few days, all on your own to get on with it. By far the most disorganised management i have ever seen. Constantly changing targets as they don't really know what they want, except for the upper managers to make as much commission as possible off the work of others. Come in, sit on the phone 9 hours a day and leave, no real training. While i was there many people would come in on a monday and get fired on the spot, without warning, just because they hadn't booked a deal in a couple months. Progression to senior sales is long and drawn out process to stop people progressing, even though they preach that if your good you will move up, it rarely happens. Genuinely not a good thing to say about the company.

Pros

Majority of people are great

Cons

Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
