      Pros

      The main thing I would highlight of Ebury is its Talent Acquisition team, because everyone in the company feels like they should be there. The environment is friendly and cozy. We work hard and deliver under strict deadlines, but everyone is understanding and willing to help you. Top Management is not some kind of foreign entity, but an ever-present bunch of people who deeply know their areas of expertise.

      Cons

      I think people who would dislike Ebury is the kind of person who likes to be said what to do. Even though the company has been around for over 15 years, there's a lot to develop still and in a lot of cases everyone is out for themselves and have to figure out how to create something new that hasn't been done before. Someone who would rather know exactly what the limitations of their tasks are, might find themselves lost in here.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
