      Solid place to begin a career within FX.

      Too disorganised, political and over ambitious for their size. Exaggerated their achievements and size at interview as well as the earning potential within the firm and the package to be expected.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
