      Good concept, dynamic and lots of ideas being thrashed out - some brilliant minds here. Good systems and facilities

      There is no consistency, commission and rules change all the time - extremely high turnover and lots of staff feeling undervalued. Dismissive management. Not a start up and still hiding behind that disguise to be inconsistent afraid to say. Commission only earned by a very few

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
