      It is a very challenging environment, which is not meant for everyone. You have to be willing to work hard put in extra effort in order to succeed. I enjoy coming to work every day with the pressure to do well and feel constantly challenged.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
