      People are some of the best I've met Play very hard Growing exceedingly fast, and you feel a part of that

      More senior members do put a lot of emphasis on irrelevant metrics (however this is changing) Pay hours

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
