      Pros

      Ebury is a great place to work. The environment is great, and we enjoy a very healthy competition. We feel very close to all other employees worldwide, since we are able to openly talk to them in case we have doubts. The Portuguese office is right at the centre of Lisbon, which is great for transportation. The entry level salary is very competitive for our country.

      Cons

      It’s a competitive environment, yet healthy. Some kpi’s could be better developed. There is room for improvement. At an entry level, job can be quite repetitive.

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
