1 - Extra hours unpaid or compensated. It is usual practice to work overtime without being paid for it nor compensated in any way. In my case I used to work an average of two hours weekly.
2- Very low starting salary (even counting the bonus).
3- Type of contract offered: Administrative Assistant Training Contract.
However, the professional category and the functions you do on a daily basis does not correspond with the type of contract.
4 - You might be exposed to a dismissal if you raise a complaint demanding the fulfilment of your rights such as the extra hours unpaid or compensated.
5 - Fast paced and demanding work environment with very limited time for breaks (these are usually below the contemplated in the law).
