      Fast growing company with opportunities arising throughout the business to progress. Good team environment both in work and socially. Through hard work you will have the ability to earn good money

      Poor pension scheme and other employee benefits (healthcare etc)

      Thank you for your comments. To address your concern regarding benefits, this is something that is continuously looked at to see how we can improve. Last year we increased the UK holiday allowance, as well as introduced further career progression opportunities and learning and development programmes, and this year turns our focus towards staff incentives. Your comments will be taken on board and passed to our HR team.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
