Thank you for your review and for taking the time to provide feedback. We recently adjusted our benefits package for the UK, in which we increased the holiday allowance and introduced a scheme that offers partial or full reimbursement for professional qualifications relating to your job. We continue to offer pension, eye-care vouchers, childcare vouchers, and a ride to work scheme. We also provide ‘extras’ such as free breakfast, fresh fruit in the office, monthly staff drinks, and parties twice a year. If you would like to discuss our benefits package further, please e-mail hr@ebury.com and we will be happy to take on board any further comments.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you acknowledging the positives but are deeply concerned by your experience of a toxic environment, This is unacceptable and opposes the supportive, inclusive culture we try to build. We take your comments seriously and encourage you to raise this directly through our internal feedback channels so we can understand more. If you are willing to discuss your experience further and confidentially, please reach out directly to your People Partner or at glassdoorfeedback@ebury.com Thank you

Pros

Majority of people are great

Cons

Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
