      Pros

      great training and market knowledge and product knowledge. Ongoing training throughout with constant help. No bureaucracy do well you'll progress well.

      Cons

      no commission for entry level, management a little shaky. Like the industry if you don't perform well enough, expect not to last long, not for the faint hearted or don't take rejection well

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
