Thank you for your feedback. You are right, we have great teams and it is an exciting and fast paced industry. With regards to your comment on strategic direction, strategic planning happens all the time in senior management meetings (which you may not be aware of). It is however, noted that we could improve on communications from top down so that all employees are aware of how the company is doing and where we are going to next.

Pros

Majority of people are great

Cons

Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
