      - You will be valued if you are good at first - Initial pay is not super attractive but it is good for starting - Some kind of benefits

      Cons

      - You won't be able to move to Compliance unless you are in London - They will try to remove employee benefits for paying other stuff - You will likely be stuck after some time with no future in sight

      Pros

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
