      Competitive salaries and good opportunity to grow professionally.

      Cons

      I don't think it's good policy to have to go to the office 4 times a week. As a software engineer I can perform even better with more remote work.

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
