I would strongly caution anyone considering working here. The company culture is toxic, with unprofessional behavior, partying, and even drug use often being overlooked or tolerated. Management, particularly the CFO, is extremely difficult to work with and frequently contacts employees outside of normal working hours, making work-life balance impossible. Poor behavior is often ignored rather than addressed, and the environment can feel unsafe and stressful. Overall, this is not a place that values its employees or fosters a healthy, professional workplace.
