      Pros

      Young dynamic culture with a strong vision on growing the business and taking market share. Constantly changing so requires a certain level of agility and flexibility to work here as processes will always change. Strong business model and great people to work with

      Cons

      High turnover as compensation and benefits are not the most attractive in the market

      Majority of people are great

      Cons

      Allows racism and sexism on a daily basis. Some managers would refer to women as b****, say that Asians eat rats, and use the R-word constantly. I was made fun of because of my race on a daily basis, and heard managers use mocking racist accents all the time.
