Pros

Some projects use modern technologies, possibility to work remotely, a few supportive colleagues, access to basic learning resources, international environment with different cultures

Cons

Management is often disorganized and unresponsive, promotions and raises are very slow, salaries are below industry standards, too much bureaucracy and unnecessary processes, little concern for employee well-being

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
