      - good benefits - good office - lots of opportunities to grow - great internal systems ( for learning, reviews, time tracking)

      Cons

      - bad hr team - bad communication - My project was finished and I was moved to bench and they didn`t mention rules were changed and that my salary will be 60% and I don`t have any benefits like sick leaves

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
