      Good for freshers to start a career, I personally felt that its training and mentorship prog just prep you with right skills in the start itself Many co-curricular activities Hybrid model Interactive learning environment Balanced opportunities: rich upskilling opportunities but many other employee activities and community work as well Work life balance

      Assessment: Good concept but lengthy process

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
