      Pros

      For me, it has been a great please to acquire new skills. As for many internatioal companies, english language it is not just "a rummor", meaning that its practice takes place very effectively. In this matter, EPAM gives you tools and spaces to improves English as well.

      Cons

      It is not a completely remote company, since for some projects (let's say the few) on-site work is required

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
