Pros

Good salary, potential for growth

Cons

Unlike many large international corporations that provide annual bonuses, this company does not. They implemented significant layoffs and wage reductions, leaving those who remained employed with only 60% of their original salaries. Many individuals who had relocated and were working under a visa faced a difficult situation, as they were hesitant to leave and search for new employment due to the legal requirement of finding a new job within two months. As a result, they felt compelled to remain with the company, earning only 60% of their previous income.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
