Some projects are legacy, when Some candidates tries to move to other projects it is a little bit difficult, it requires to looking for candidates of outside of the company instead of the currents one.

Cons
Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

- Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences;
- Great benefits and insurance.
Cons
- Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT;
- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
- Stock price dwindled significantly.
