      Cons

      - It's pretty common to see many technical leaders or solution architects dealing with tasks that don't correspond with their role, like user story assignments, agile management, etc. - Hiring benefits don't stand out compared to other companies.

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
