      This company is a very fast paced company that is growing tremendously in Mexico, advantages is that you will always have something to do, the benefits are increasing and the leadership is looking up to you.

      Cons

      Getting a promotion is difficult, you may be found yourself in a position not aligned with your role.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
