      Pros

      If you're not satisfied with the client you're working for, you can change it. Upgrading your level is very clear and formal: twice a year they have assessment where you can prove you deserve upgrading. They have mentoring program. If you feel you need some help before assessment, mentor can help you with that. If you work by L1 and H1B visa, they can apply for green card for you. They attach to you your personal assistant which helps you with the process and can answer all questions you might possibly have.

      Cons

      Almost everything depends on client you're working for: management, processes, etc. Salary overall is below the average.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      - A lot of opportunities to learn and enhance your skills; - Clients are top companies, so you're exposed to the best experiences; - Great benefits and insurance.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
