Due to the internal system with seat reservation, confusion sometimes arises (sometimes it is difficult to understand outside the office whether a seat is free or someone forgot to book it)

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

- Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working;
