Pros
1. Huge amount of opportunities to learn. Internal educational courses and compensation for external classes. 2. Thousands of projects and roles there to play. 3. Opportunities for career growth. Career paths is explicate and good described. 4. Very friendly and open atmosphere is the whole company! 5. Medical insurance, benefits, events, coffee :) .
Cons
1. There is an option to change ones current project, but in fact the whole process in not that simple and quick. 2. There are plenty of different disciplines, languages, frameworks, etc. in the company but the chances to be employed with rare skill is quite vague usually. 3. Technical interviews for candidates varies a lot in terms of difficulty and sets of questions even within the same practice. Recruiting not always provide a feedback afterwards or does it with very little details.
