Pros

Many benefits. Good office structure. Good clients.

Cons

Complete lack of empathy from team lead. When I requested for help I was told to: "figure it out by yourself". My first one-to-one with a man who I thought was my boss (still don't know who was) didn't happen and I got no notice at all. When I requested my manager (that I don't even know in which sense) to help me to solve an issue, it took weeks to come with something, yet not successfully solving the problem. Senior developers get a MacBook Pro almost by default. Less senior developers get an HP laptop. I felt completely lost in the company, most of the time. I did not know who to report to, who ask help to. People pass the issues to someone else all the time. Out of the blue I had someone asking about my tasks and didn't even know who this person was.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
