Pros

Salary ranges; healthcare insurance; regular technical, soft skills and English trainings.

Cons

Most of the largest and valuable projects have more or less secured working environment like disabled USB ports, monitoring software ensuring that only software from allowed list has been installed) and key-pass entrance to the areas. Some projects require the whole working environment to be placed inside a Virtual machine hosted in other country so be prepared to noticeable lags and kind of "slideshow" during every day's remote desktop connection. Also some projects are mainly require support type of work, but that is not a rule of thumb for the whole company.

Pros

Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

Cons

Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.
