      EPAM INDIA First Hackathon was amazing! We had so much fun and learning new things. The event was one of the most wonderful and memorable. It was an astounding experience of taking part of EPAM INDIA First Hackathon. It was my first Hackathon. We would like to thank EngX team in running such events where we could learn a lot of stuff. Overall, the Hackathon was a great event in all aspects and we really look forward for such occasions in the near future. We would like to thank Hackathon organizing committee, management and other departments for giving us an opportunity to participate in such wonderful educative events and their continuous support. In addition, we are very much thankful to EngX team in running such events where we could learn a lot of stuff. Overall, the Hackathon was a great event in all aspects and we really look forward for such occasion in the near future.

      Pros

      Interesting projects, high tech standards and internal knowledge sharing, and a rich representation of all possible Slavic accents.

      Cons

      Engineering-first culture results in obnoxiously fragmented internal tech platforms because errybody wants to build it themselves. Not a big deal, just engineers doing what engineers will do.

      Cons

      - Pretty much all cons of working in corporate IT; - Company is definitely in a crisis as many executives decided to leave after decades of working; - Stock price dwindled significantly.
